Together, we work to combat your child's challenges in sensory processing, attention, cognition, language, fine and gross motor skills, socialization, and self care. For over 25 years The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Approach has helped families overcome the often misunderstood challenges that can impede day to day functions of individuals with autism. Many treatment methods for autism focus on training behaviors, rather than treating the child. The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Approach is different. We address the underlying brain disturbances that cause behavioral symptoms to effectively treat the whole condition and the whole child. We treat your child at the center of his or her personalized program arming you with the tools they need to work through behavioral challenges to achieve personal milestones ranging from first words to living independently.
S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for the Whole Family
The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Approach is built on the principles of neuroscience and human development to give your child with autism the just-right recipe to ready the mind and body for optimal performance. This model blends seven theories from the fields of Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Special Education, and/or Psychology to deliver a highly personalized whole-family plan to guide your autism journey. Ohio autism expert Dr. Lynette Scotese-Wojtila pioneered this program for treatment of autism in 1998 and completed doctoral research on the method within the field of autism in 2019.
The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Approach celebrates the individuality of each child on his or her specific journey through human development. S.U.C.C.E.S.S. experts compassionately nurture each child's unique gifts while upholding his or her dignity. As a result, your child is the beneficiary of where science and love meet.

The S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Family Celebrates the Life of Maria Kennedy
It is with the heaviest of hearts that the staff at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for Autism 501(c)(3) share this memorial tribute to former patient, Maria Kennedy. Maria’s love for life, sweet demeanor, and gentle spirit, will live on in our hearts forever. Thank you Gretchen Kennedy (and the late Pat Kennedy) for sharing your sweet girl with all of us here at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for Autism, Integrations Treatment Center, and AWEtism Productions. We are forever changed by the presence of Maria in our lives and are blessed beyond words that you entrusted her to our care when she needed our love and expertise the most.
Through a final act of selfless love for her daughter, the Kennedy’s have graciously identified S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for Autism 501(c)(3) as the charity to which donations can be made, in honor of Maria.
S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for Autism wishes to thank the Kennedy’s for allowing the same Christlike love that first inspired them to become Maria’s adoptive family some 30 years ago, to now be a love that spills into the lives of other children and adults with autism in need, as they navigate their own special needs journey.
